Intent & Ease is operated by Intent & Ease ("we", "us", "our"). When you use this site or buy from it, your agreement is with Intent & Ease.

By continuing to use this site, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

We sell digital ebooks on intentional, purpose-led living. Ebooks are delivered digitally after purchase. Because ebooks are digital goods, access is granted once your payment is confirmed.

You must not misuse this site or our products. That includes:

• using the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property rights;
• interfering with the site's security, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping it;
• copying, reselling, redistributing, or sharing your ebook files or download links with others.

We own all rights in this site and our products, including the ebooks, text, design, and branding. When you buy an ebook, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack and are never stored on our servers. For any question about an order, contact us and we will help.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our own Refund Policy. Paystack's terms for buyers apply to how your payment is processed.

We work hard to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The site and its content are provided "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or end your access to the site or to purchased content if you materially breach these terms, if payment is not made or is reversed, where there is a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
